This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our digital well-being services, workplace wellness programs, and related offerings. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our policies while maintaining the integrity of our educational and wellness services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for DigitalEase services are available under the following conditions:

Digital Wellness Programs:

For our comprehensive digital wellness programs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment if you have not accessed more than 25% of the program content. This allows you to evaluate whether our approach aligns with your wellness goals and learning preferences.

Workplace Wellness Services:

Corporate clients may request refunds for workplace wellness services within 30 days of service commencement if the delivered services do not substantially match the agreed-upon scope of work as outlined in the service agreement.

Individual Coaching Sessions:

Individual digital balance coaching sessions may be refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for refunds unless due to emergency circumstances.

Digital Resources and Materials:

Digital resources, downloadable materials, and online content are generally not refundable once accessed, as they provide immediate value and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Refund Process

To request a refund for any DigitalEase service, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Review Process

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Step 4: Access Termination

Upon refund approval, your access to the refunded services, programs, or materials will be terminated immediately to ensure fair use of our digital wellness resources.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

Program Interruption: If you need to discontinue a digital wellness program due to unforeseen circumstances after the standard refund period, we may offer a prorated refund based on unused program content.

Service Modifications: If we need to significantly modify or reduce the scope of services after enrollment, you may be eligible for a partial refund reflecting the difference in value.

Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent you from accessing our digital wellness services for an extended period, we may offer partial refunds or service credits as appropriate.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered, such as completed coaching sessions, assessments, or consultations, are not refundable.

Customized Programs: Workplace wellness programs that have been specifically customized for your organization and have begun implementation are not eligible for refunds.

Late Cancellations: Services cancelled after the specified refund period or without adequate notice as outlined in the service agreement.

Violation of Terms: If your access to services is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use or inappropriate conduct, no refund will be provided.

Third-Party Services: Any third-party services or tools integrated with our programs that have separate refund policies are subject to those providers' terms.

Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription-based digital wellness services:

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be provided for the current month.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within the first 30 days for a prorated refund. After 30 days, cancellation will take effect at the end of the annual term without refund.

Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions you no longer wish to continue.

Corporate and Group Services

Special considerations apply to corporate and group digital wellness services:

Contract Terms: Corporate services are governed by individual service agreements that may contain specific refund terms tailored to the scope and nature of the engagement.

Implementation Phases: Refunds for multi-phase implementations are evaluated based on completed phases and delivered value at the time of cancellation request.
